For our Client well known company which is working in area of Finance and new technologies we are looking for an Order Management Specialist with French language. This is newly created project which includes transition we are building new team in structures.
Key responsibilities:
- Booking of orders and creating them in SAP
- Handling customer requests and providing information to them
- Updating ERP regarding clients, supplies, pricing
- Gathering all needed information for each order
- Checking and solving potential issues between client purchase orders and system information
- 1 year of experience in international environment (experience in customer service, accountancy or procurement department)
- Very good knowledge of French and English
- Strong process knowledge and business orientation
- Strong motivation to work in people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
