We are currently looking for candidates to fill a position of Payroll Team Leader with English for our Client. It is a chance to take part in advanced processes in worldwide growing organization. Person at this position will be responsible for:
- Leading, managing and developing a newly created payroll team
- Monitoring and prioritizing the team workload
- Creating and improving procedures and processes
- Migration of payroll processes
- Analyzing and reporting of financial dates
- Controlling and auditing of payroll processes
- Working closely with a senior management in the organization
- Growing and developing payroll team
- Higher education (preferably: Human Resources Management, Labor Law)
- 2- 3 years of experience in payroll department
- Good level of knowledge from payroll process ( being an SME) UK labor law
- Experience as a Team Leader Backup or Supervisor will be great asset
- Fluent English
- Ability to implement new ideas, creativity
- Self-reliance and good organizational skills
- Ability to work with soft data under time pressure
